Over the last year, you’ve probably heard something about Envision Victor. Maybe you’ve heard some of our stories. Maybe you were interviewed. Maybe you visited our Web site, or came to an event or a meeting at the city hall or Pierre’s Playhouse. Maybe you heard us on the radio, or read about us in this fine paper. But maybe you still don’t completely know what Envision Victor is, or why we’ve been making all this noise. So what is this Envision Victor thing anyway, and why do they keep saying they need your help?
Envision Victor is an initiative to root city planning in the values of the people who live here. Now, we need local residents to help us define the values that describe the heart and soul of this community.
