This is the Final Report on Vision 2030 submitted by Project Manager Tammie Delaney and addressed to the people of Routt County. It begins like this: “Vision 2030 is a series of strong statements about the values that matter most to the people of Routt County. Just like the river that runs through it, the common thread of all of the communities within our county is our love for the Yampa Valley, our neighbors, heritage and sense of place. Throughout this report, as we speak of community, we are referring to the entire county.”
