The fifth annual Chalk on the Walk drew an estimated 2,500 people to the heart of Biddeford. The event featured the popular chalk contest, pony rides, pumpkin bowling, a bouncy house and music. The event was organized by Heart of Biddeford, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of retail and cultural life in the downtown district.
