“HeartSpots: Downtown’s Memory Lane” kicks off October 15 in Biddeford. Heart of Biddeford (HOB), in partnership with the city and sponsored by the Orton Family Foundation, is working over the next two years to engage the community in remembering its past to help create a vision for the future. “HeartSpots: Downtown’s Memory Lane” is just one part of the Orton Family Foundation's Heart & Soul Community Planning initiative.
