The Town of Berthoud, Colorado, population 4,930, is located within an hour of Denver and 20 minutes east of the Rocky Mountains.

It occupies a favored location, combining some of northern Colorado’s finest agricultural land with unobstructed views of Long’s Peak and the dramatic rise of the Front Range.

Within this scenic context, a tightly-knit town has matured with tree-lined streets, interconnected neighborhoods, parks, historic homes and an appealing downtown.  Because of its quality of life and location amenities, however, Berthoud’s  on the cusp of explosive growth and risks losing these assets if its citizens don't engage in careful, thoughtful planning.
